Each session is booked for 50 minutes. If we need a few extra minutes to lock in your next action steps, plan for about an hour total.

Every athlete’s journey is unique—your situation, ability, level and goals all shape what you need. In my experience, lasting change rarely happens in a single session, so I generally recommend a block of six. That gives us enough time to work through targeted tools, techniques and routines. I’m solution-focused, but I’m equally committed to creating real, long-term psychological shifts that stick well beyond our time together.

No two sessions look the same. Each one is built around your specific challenges and goals. We’ll start by digging into what’s holding you back—asking the right questions to boost your self-awareness. From there, I’ll equip you with practical tools and techniques you can use right away. Together, we’ll remove mental barriers and train the psychological skills you need to elevate your performance.

In our first session, my priority is building trust so you feel completely at ease sharing what’s on your mind.
